Life is hard. Mostly because everyone in some capacity is afraid of the unknown. To some it's not scary, while others or in terror of it. The things that jumpstarts this fear or anxiety is the dreaded “What do you want to do with your life.” Some laugh this question off and say something that makes it seem like their fine, but only a small fraction truly means what they say. Those that don't mean it are just trying to not worry the people around them. How many times have you or someone you know said “I'm fine.” And meant it.
Now how many of you reading this grew up in the time where “If you cry that means your less of a man.” or “You cry because your a girl.”?
Now how many of you grew up when being yourself was considered wrong by your classmates, your religion, or your family?
And how many of you lost someone and either a family member or close friend said “Get over it.” Or “Grow up.”?
